Saw samples down to size for CNC machining. Use hand tools to replace dull saw blades, and cleanout saw chips. Label samples for machining. Use roller table and adjust fence to correct cutting lengths.OPERATE HAAS/HYUNDAI CNC Mill. Tighten down samples into mills, then select correct program. Changeout chicks to correct size of sample. Measure sample tolerances and adjust offsets if needed. Stencil, edge grind, and debur samples in preparation of handling samples.OPEN and close manual 6" gate and ball valves to add oil and water to bulk coolant tanks, by using an industrial pump.COLLECT coolant samples.RECORD levels, pressure gauges, and temperatures of bulk tanks and filters.PREFORM wet lab testing of coolant, water, and aluminum samples by using roto Vaps, furnaces, acid baths, band saw, drill press, dye penetrant.OPERATE HAAS/HYUNDAI CNC lathe. Prepare sample to test by loading it into lathe and select correct program to run. Label/Measure sample with calipers and adjust offsets if needed. If CNC crashes, fix tooling with the use of hand tools.OPERATE Instron/MTS fracture frame. Pre-measure sample with a caliper, and load and test sample, then measure crack length.OPERATE Tinius/Instron tensile tester. Pre-measure sample with micrometer and run test on sample, then accept test results.I'VE trained in three areas as a Physical, Chemical, and Mechanical Properties Analyst.
