In this role I implemented strategic tactics to build our customer base and added two regional locations in order to reach key target markets.I lead a cross-functional team in multiple locations in order to meet business objectives and serve our customer base. In addition, I doubled as the Safety Director where I created our safety manual and implemented a company wide safety program.
