I started my professional career as an Apprentice Electrician with Schneider Electric after graduating from Central Methodist University in 1994. Most people are struck by the idea of a Graduate from College going to be an Apprentice Electrician. Well, I learned during College that I was a "hands on, make it work" person while participating in during my College days. During my Apprenticeship, I obtained my Journeyman license early, and shortly after was offered the role of a Foreman and then a General Foreman Role of 1-4 Million Dollar Electrical Projects: all as I was employed at Schneider Electric of Jefferson City. In May of 2011, I was offered a First Line Supervisor Position at Ameren Missouri, Callaway Energy Center in Fulton, Missouri. While, working for Schneider Electric, I was an Instructor for the IBEW-NJATC Apprenticeship Program. I have taken on several different roles while at Callaway Energy Center: First Line Supervisor, Electrical Coordinator, Electrical On-Line Scheduler, the Electrical Business Unit Rep, Senior Supervisor and currently, Outage Coordinator/Electrical. I am a person that likes to see the whole picture and then pay close attention to the details. I like to solve the problems before they become a real problem.
