I am a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for Broadcasting Engineering and have gained a wealth of experience in this field over a 30 year career in this industry.I have worked with various broadcasting companies and have gained extensive knowledge of TV studio, post production maintenance and support. I have recruited, trained and managed a large team of engineers to keep Studio output un-interrupted.I have also successfully implemented and introduced new technology updates replacing ageing and out of date systems. I have the proven ability to adapt to ever changing technology and have extensive knowledge of both past and future broadcasting technologies.Being ambitious, I have previously designed and built a state of the art engineering workshop facility which allows speedy and cost effective onsite repairs which resulted in significant savings to the company. I am also the managing director of my own website featuring various broadcasting engineering products.I have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to meet challenging deadlines, able to work in high pressure situations and have a strong proven track record in people leadership. I always strive do to the very best in whatever project I am undertaking and will always look to progress my career to other senior levels within the broadcasting engineering industry.
