Offer competitor and market feedback o Supporting stakeholders and providing product training and coaching to individuals and groupso Travelling within my territory various locations, managing my diary effectively to maximise opportunityo Working with key decision makers and their teams, building and developing relationshipso Implementing sales processes to influence and demonstrate behaviours with plans to increase sales performance o Being adaptable, learning different training/coaching techniques, supporting VIP visitso Attending monthly meetings with accounts to discuss performance and negotiating with key decision makers

• Visit customers and working inside and outside the home installing Sky services• Planning my daily visits, an average of 8 home visits a day • Touching base with the customers before arriving to ensure they're at home• Managing my own stock, ordering, returning and replenishing stock where necessary • Working outdoors and at heights • The ability to problem solve • Optimise customers’ home entertainment experience by using various testing and diagnostic tools. • Providing customers with demonstrations on how everything works, so they can get the most out of their Sky products and services • Introduce customers to other products and services that might interest them during set up

My job role is to help all mobile customers with any issues or advice on their mobile devices. Another part of my job role is to train my team on all the current and up and coming products available in the market. Driving sales, providing one on one support to help increase their performances. Running the store, completing managerial duties, reviews, stock count etcI worked for O2 as a company for almost 10 years, starting as a part time advisor, then a full time duty manager and then onto Assistant Manager. From this I've developed great customer services skills, great teamwork, helping the team achieve set targets and some very good training techniques. I've built a superior knowledge of the mobile industry as well as an excellent technical knowledge.

I started as a part time sales advisor and then progressed to a full time employer and duty manager. My role involved hitting and overachieving on targets where possible, running the store, including opening and closing, cash management and driving the store and individuals to achieve their targets.
