Manage QA and testing documentation. Interface with client to ensure all required documentation has been received and transmitted. Develop ITP documents and inspection sheets to convey scope of testing, quality and documentation that will support the work being completed. Update/maintain QA Manual. Improve existing documents, transmittal procedures and information tracking and exchange systems. Generate any As-Builts and sketches required by the client for final submission and documentation using AutoCAD and Inventor.

Basic design of paste plants for mine backfill applications using Autocad and Inventor 2014. Creation of flow sheets, plant layouts, site plans, equipment selection, P&ID’s, process control philosophy, underground piping level plans, material lists, borehole design and underground pipe support design. I have been involved with creating documentation for design criteria, trade off studies, CAPEX and OPEX studies. I have assisted in project management, attended client meetings, organize information and liaison with clients on projects to ensure information was obtained and flowed between companies efficiently. Create and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain pricing and equipment specifications. Work directly with detailed design firm verifying their design functionality met our vision.Setup, maintain, install software and troubleshoot all office computers and server.

I was involved in assisting the project manager with maintaining job schedules for deliverables, organizing job related information for meetings, prepare progress reports for meetings, and prepare meeting minutes that address project issues for the design team. I oversee the preparation of drawing packages for issuing. Mentor, review, and correct drawings prepared by junior designers.
