MISSION STATEMENTIncreasing awareness of canine lymphoma is our foundation. Through education we empower dog owners and through research we strive to find a cure.My wife and I are passionate about animals, particularly dogs. We got our first dog back in 1992. This was Rembrandt, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, who went everywhere with us and we did everything with him. In return, he did everything for us. Shortly after Rembrandt, Roxanne, another Toller, came to our home, followed by Curry, our first Border Collie, and then, Tango another Toller. These four dogs were the foundation for the other dogs that have followed them in our household. Fortunately, we had a portrait commissioned by watercolorist Eva Margueritte of these four, as now these four magnificent dogs have all passed.Rembrandt was the first to pass due to liver failure, at 13 years old. Roxanne passed away due to Lymphoma at 11. Just recently, Curry left us at 14 ½ years old to pancreatic issues, followed shortly by Tango, also 14 ½ years old. He also left this world because of Lymphoma.While each of these dogs have left a huge hole in our hearts and our homes, we continue to bring new ones into our lives. We now have five fabulous dogs – Ripper, Slyder, Lizzie and Thief, who are Tollers, and Gizmo our 12 year old Border Collie rescue. Reveille, a border collie, my heart dog, my soul mate, was diagnoseda on November 23, 2011 with nasal lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. She passed away on December 1, 2012. She fought a great battle and had the best agility year of her career, all the time while under going treatment. To help us battle both this disease and our emotional issues, we've put our emotions into motion and we started CLEAR.

Flying Dog Agility is a private dog training facility in Southern California. Located on a half acre in the San Fernando Valley, FDA offers private and semi-private lessons to dog agility enthusiasts at all levels. Terry Simons presents seminars on competitive agility at various locations throughout the United States and Canada.
