Experienced and highly-motivated professional with several years of extensive experience in serving communities through various pathways to civil service. I currently work in the construction safety field for Haztek on a data center. Prior to my current position I worked on the same site as an onsite paramedic lead for Mobile Medical Corporation, providing medical services to Holder Construction and it's subcontractors on a large data center. My team and I treated individuals who experience a medical emergency or injury on the jobsite. We collaborated with the Holder Construction Safety team & Wellness lead to identify areas of improvement to prevent future injuries, brought awareness to physical hazards on the job, as well as addressing health issues that individuals may or may not be aware of.My previous position having 6 years in the military, was to lead, motivate, and mentor enlisted soldiers to excel in their careers. A 5 year career in law enforcement gave me the opportunity to hold multiple perspectives in mind, to show empathy, compassion, and mediate undesired harmful actions, while still upholding the law.Firefighter/Paramedic was a great 3 years served alongside other members dedicated providing immediate medical attention or positivity to some who were on the precipice of life and death, and family members that were experiencing their worst days.Skilled at interpersonal communications, managing time, creating reports, and collaborating with various cross functional departments to optimize operational excellence. Proven success in building rapport across organizational lines.
