Full time emergency manager. Director for Anoka County since February 2006. Prior experience in law enforcement and the fire service before becoming full time in the emergency management field.I have work experience on many emergencies and disasters in an on-scene incident management, local emergency operations center and state emergency operations center capacity. Additional experience includes over a decade of participation as a principle member for local, state and federal efforts on planning, training and exercise activities.Specialties: Emergency Management; mitigation, planning, response, recovery.
