I've been with Oliver Wyman for more than two decades and currently lead our largest region, working across our entire range of industries and capabilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.While I initially focused on Financial Services, I eventually moved to the Health and Life Sciences Practice, taking on a leadership role in 2013. There I spearheaded our efforts to develop transformational strategies for healthcare companies in the payer, provider, life sciences, services and technology spaces.As one of the most senior female leaders in Oliver Wyman, I mentor, sponsor and support other women, both inside and outside the firm. I strive to help mentees realize their full potential by providing guidance, encouragement and networking opportunities.I'm also an active and enthusiastic member of our Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW) group, which aims to catalyze the firm’s ability to attract, develop and retain highly-talented women, and unlock their potential to drive business performance. I know first-hand the challenges women face in balancing a demanding job and busy family life, and champion support systems that allow women to continue their career trajectory while having a family.Outside of work, I channel my creative side through interior design, home improvement projects and gardening.
