SurSoC focuses on Continuity of Operations for business & government, Joint Multi Domain Operations, Personnel Recovery, Physical & Personal Security, Business Development & Capture Management, Medical Readiness, IT/AI, and Logistical Support. He currently hold a TS-SCI clearance.Terry wrapped up his 20+ year serving at Army’s First Corps as Director of Personnel Recovery and the Corps Aviation Mission Survivability Officer (AMSO). He was a lead planner for the Army’s Multi Domain Task Force (MDTF) “pilot program”, supporting the National Defense initiative for Multi Domain Operations (MDO). He has extensive knowledge on I2CEWS (Information & Intelligence preparation of the Battlefield, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Space Ops), Joint Fires and Support Operations as well as the new Command and Control (C2) integration needs for MDO. During his three-year tenure at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, Terry served as the Army’s National Capital Region (NCR) Army Aviation Director for Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Continuity of Government (COG). He directly supported 11 DoD, Government, and other Agencies contingency operations. He is an SME for COOP planning, exercising, and execution and will review and or develop your company contingency plans. Terry started his career in Army Aviation as a Crewchief and finished as a Chief Warrant Officer Four in the UH60 Blackhawk. He spent close to 10 years in MEDEVAC Units and is a certified 2CF7-Medical Evacuation Planning SME for strategic, operational, and tactical level MEDEVAC Operations. He is specially trained in Aviation Mission Survivability, Maint Test Pilot, and Personnel Recovery.SurSoC brings the ability to “Hover Above”, look at situations from different angle, and bring solid solutions to complex issues on the fly with outstanding results.

Active Duty Army pilot, specialized in survivability of equipment, personnel, and continuity of operations. Directed the plans and operations for I Corps Personnel Recovery Coordination Section for global operations. Worked as "The Lead Aviation Integration planner for the Army's new Multi Domain Task Force (MDTF) for DoD's new Multi Domain Operations (MDO) way of fighting now and in the future.

Contingency Operations Senior Aviation Planner/Director for COOP and COG plans and operations involving Army Aircraft in the NCR. Provided executive level planning and execution of COOP and COG plans in directly supporting several government agencies and indirectly supporting many others. Planned and executed monthly exercises and at least one annual multi day/night exercise involving almost every aircraft and crew member in our organization with zero incidents or accidents. Provided executive airlift travel to the most Senior DoD and Federal Government Officials.

Modernized the Aviation Tactics for the US Army Aviation Forces stationed in Korea. Developed and wrote the Brigades Electronic Warfare (EW) Program and host peninsula wide EW planning sessions. Developed the first ever bilateral (US - S. Korea) Common Aviation Procedure Map (CAP-MAP) that all aviators from US and S.Korea utilize. Directly participated in all live and digital War Gaming scenarios. Filled the position Personnel Recovery Officer for the CAB.

Blackhawk Crewchief and Maintainer, Production Control clerk, MEDEVAC flight crewchief. Responsible to conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 15xUH-60s, participate in crew chief flight duties and assist flight medics with patients during urgent, priority, and routine patient movements.
