Terry has more than 25 years of executive experience in refining, specialty chemicals, plastics, process automation and steel. Terry was an Executive Advisor of Aurora Capital Partners for ten years. Prior to Aurora, Terry was COO of Gerdau Ameristeel, one of the largest long steel producers in North America. Previously, Terry joined Tyco International as one of the operating executives charged with turning around Tyco, assuming the role of President of Tyco Plastics and Adhesives. Earlier in his career he was part of AlliedSignal, which ultimately became Honeywell, in Specialty Chemicals where he had numerous roles in Business Development, Marketing and was the VP-GM of the global Fluorine Products business and then President of the global Process Solutions Division. Terry began his career with Pennzoil and Morton International. Terry received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Missouri-Columbia, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
