He has built a reputation with Owners, Developers, and Contractors with his depth of construction knowledge as well as his integrity.In October of 2021, Terry moved into a specialized industry within the construction industry-millwork manufacturing. He purchased Watson & Cochran Architectural Millwork, producing high-end millwork products for various businesses in Dallas-Fort Worth and beyond, such as the Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Watermark Community Church, multiple high-end and corporate office spaces like Kubota Headquarters in Grapevine, to Park Place Luxury Dealerships in Plano, Dallas, Grapevine, and Fort Worth, Texas.
