I was responsible for 60 employees at the maximum. I managed scheduling, times approvals, as well as product work station assignment. In this role I also managed quality issues and resolution. There were also dealing with employees and employee reviews along with any employee concerns and/or conflicts. I faced many issues within this role and had to rise to that challenge to resolve issues in regards to on time delivery, quality resolution, scheduling of product and personel.

I assist in managing or floor staff by insuring that they have the necessary parts and tools to affectively produce our products in a timely fasion. I also work with the foreman in regards to employee relations , moral , as well as answering questions in regards to company policies , production issues that may arise , and a vast array of decisions that are made on an hourly basis.
