I am responsible for the day-to-day office management as well as maintaining the functionality of communication resources and equipment for staff use. I confer routinely with designated team leaders, the Executive Director and others to assure communication, to assess, prioritize, and expedite programmatic and project related issues affecting regional and local initiatives in which the agency is and/or should be involved. I am responsible to the Executive Director for the oversight of specific tasks as they occur relating to the organization of special events, desktop publishing, and data base development. In addition, I routinely maintain communication with the Board of Directors and organizes the Executive Committee and Board meetings. As designated by the Executive Director in state and local meetings, I serve on all agency teams and facilitate sharing of information as appropriate. Show less
