As the Maintenance Superintendent for IXOM, my key responsibility is to oversee the team that handles the day-to-day maintenance activities. This includes Maintenance Coordinators, Mechanical Technicians, Electrical & Instrument Technicians and the warehouse. I am responsible for regulatory compliance of all maintenance activities and the effective planning ensuring works are completed safely and on time. Being a Chlor Alkali site, it is designated to be a Major Hazard Facility (MHF). I am responsible for the management of the maintenance team, and a high level of OH & S practices, undertake site audits, control and manage team utilisation, coordination and service activities.

As the Operations and Pipeline Manager, my role includes the pressure management and control of the North Western section of the AusNet gas network, specifically at City Gates, district and field regulators, I also manage, pressure and temperature control instrumentation, hot water bath heaters and the pressure dynamics within the complex gas network.I manage the System Operations and Pipeline Security teams who look after the integrity and security of the AusNet, APA, and Mobil jet fuel licensed transmission gas and fuel pipelines.I am responsible for the management of both teams ensuring, a high level of OH & S practices, undertake site audits, control and manage technician utilisation, coordination and service activities, also the teams day to day functions and 24 hr. stand by capacity to respond to gas outages, leaks and other gas network related issues and emergencies.

As Service Manager, I am responsible for the management, coordination, organisation, service and commissioning of projects for the service team. I am involved in the submission of detailed monthly revenue reports to Senior Management, other key areas are maintaining high staff efficiencies and maintaining training levels required for my team. I actively participate in all sales activities including green field sites as well as existing clients.

I was responsible for the development and growth of the service department as well as involvement with project management on project installations,coordinate site installations with the project department and develop maintenance schedules to suit specific installations. I managed, organised and coordinated the manufacture of water treatment systems. Core technology Electro Coagulation (EC) technology as well as UF and RO. I played a key role in the development and further enhancement of these systems manage a small team of employees as well as contractors as required. Responsible for the selection, sizing, sourcing, pricing and manufacture of all key components for our systems. During my time at Aquenox I gained extensive experience in the following areas. Experience with chemical dosing systems, PH control and monitoring, Turbidity, TDS, Temperature, Flow, and Pressure measurement and control. Experience with PLC programs for the control of equipment. Water Treatment Technologies (EC), RO, UF, Media and Mechanical Filtration Systems Flocculation, Coagulation processes.
