I was the subject matter expert and worked with multiple senior corporate executives regarding design and ongoing support needs. Initial design built a tax-based operational data store on MS SQL server. In time this transitioned to a tax data mart/warehouse storing over 15 years of historical data. ETL daily and monthly data stream importations used a dynamic T-SQL ruleset I engineered. That design reduced future data stream implementations as new requirements arose. The ETL and business logic layer utilized stored procedures, functions, triggers, views and staging tables. This logic consolidated numerous import streams into limited export data streams. Exports sent via SFTP to an external ERP solution. During this project lifecycle I juggled multiple role responsibilities such as; business analyst, database engineer, data modeler/analyst, testing engineer and reporting engineer.
