.For this project, Team RCG is responsible for assisting USAAC with the coordination, management, development, and execution of national and local event programs to maximize contact with prospects, Centers of Influence (COI's), and generating leads for Army Recruiters. RCG personnel travel to and from destination locations on a regular basis to support sports events that take place during the week and on weekends. The support provided by Team RCG provided Program Managers with additional time to perform their duties and eliminated many trips, providing necessary support in the office during travel periods. There are an estimated 25 programs and over 167 events scheduled during the duration of this contract.Team RCG's goal is to execute all trips and events under this contract through FY 2011. To provide additional support during the execution of events, Team RCG is not only involved in the planning process for RCG personnel but for events attended by Government employees as well.
