Responsibilities: Responsible for directing the team of professionals in maintenance, repair, and modification of business jet aircraft. Single source of contact with customer representatives in the service of their aircraft. Created work-package invoices, which I provided to our customers, and insured payments were received in a timely manner.Accomplishments: Worked with a business partner to create this new company after Bombardier closed the Indianapolis facility. Created and wrote the business plan that was crucial in obtaining the necessary funding, as well as the hangar lease at the Indianapolis International Airport. Recruited and hired 30 skilled technicians to become a part of this new business aviation maintenance facility. Determined specific tooling and GSE (Ground Support Equipment) needed for this start-up Repair Station, contacted vendors, and secured the purchase of necessary equipment.

Responsibilities: Program Manager, directing up to 90 A & P technicians in the inspection, repair, and modification of all models of Bombardier Business Aircraft. Accomplishments: Bombardier Service Network Program Manager, working with the program managers at the other five service facilities owned by Bombardier. This group then worked together to create a standardized business process to be implemented across all Bombardier sites.
