I have been in the transit business for over 16 years with the Toronto Transit Commission, and currently Manager of LRV Operators, with Keolis Canada, iON LRV in Waterloo, Ontario. My career started as a bus operator, then route supervisor, and Assistant Manager, Surface Operations,Transit Control. During my time with the commission, I have achieved a lot, including being awarded a safety award, completed an adult learning certificate, and was a leader in implementing the Vision system for bus transportation. I enjoy teaching and creating a strong working relationship with my peers and subordinates. I have learned that the best way to get results is by servicing those I interact with and empowering them so they can reach company mandates.
