As a deputy shift leader at Norsk Hydro, one of the world's leading aluminium producers, I oversee the daily operations and security of the plant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. I joined Norsk Hydro in March 2024, after working as an assistant manager at ABM Industries, a leading provider of facility solutions, where I managed a team of security officers and coordinated with clients and stakeholders. Prior to that, I was a site supervisor at MAST Guarding & MAST Maritime, a global security and risk management company, where I supervised security operations.I have over twenty years of experience in the security and safety field, and I have developed skills in risk assessment, emergency response, team leadership, and customer service. I am passionate about ensuring the safety and security of people and assets, and I constantly seek to improve my knowledge and skills in this area. I am also interested in the aluminium industry and its role in the global economy and sustainability. I value professionalism, integrity, and excellence in my work, and I strive to deliver high-quality results for my employer and clients.
