Confident customer interactions, small maintenance jobs, ordering for the site, managing game zone and food court. This job enhanced my communication skills with various age groups, initiative within the workplace, dedication, commitment and time management, as well as a friendly yet assertive approach to managing my team, in order to drive sales and achieve targets.

I managed the night staff who worked 11pm - 7 am at Welcome Break on all units. This consisted of problem solving, dealing with various customers and assuring that my team members were working to their best abilty, in a friendly and confident manner. I also was given the responsibilty of various paper work, till checks and security jobs.
