● Parts are past down from the plating line called armatures, weld blocks, and poles, into the QA Lab, and load armatures, weld blocks, and poles into a tray for inspection which is then loaded into the thickness measurement instrument machine.● After completion of the machine picking good parts from the bad parts then take the data and enter it into Microsoft excel and print and export. ● Communicate with the leads, supervisors, and upper management.● Help train new employees to become proficient in the machines.● Troubleshoot the machines if an error occurs.● Use of basic hand tools.● Keeping the machines up with production on the line, meeting a daily Quota every day for each part type.● Basic computer skills.

● Perform physical labor for heavy equipment operation including excavation, trenching, shoveling, and dump trucks.● Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications, using pick and shovel.● Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.● Clean construction site to eliminate possible hazards.● Using a backhoe to pick up dirt, gravel, or materials, and loading/ loading the trucks with materials.● Use of tools: basic hand tools, power saws, jackhammering, air guns, and etc.
