CurrentI lead a team that is responsible for providing firm investment team analysts with the highest quality training, tools, resources, coaching needed to successfully reach their career goals of Senior Analyst or Portfolio Manager. My role has recently expanded into the following areas: Profiling: Creating bespoke personality profiles used in the analyst hiring phase to ensure a sound fit for both the role and team. The next step will be to use the talents within the profiles to take analyst performance to the next level.Coaching: Providing analyst leadership / management coaching to new portfolio managers. Focusing on building a team environment that fosters open communication, collaboration and honest performance feedback.I also engage with portfolio managers in the area of analyst compensation; working with each portfolio manager individually to ensure their team's analyst compensation plan is fair and will motivate their analysts to reach their performance goals going forward.
