Co-work with Market team for the customer RFQ documents and provide the feasible suggestions for the cost, product design and schedule definition.Once get projects awarding from customer, build the project team and lead the team to do the detail product design, schedule details definition and create related project documents, and regular review and align with customer.Lead the cross functional teams to finish the product DFM, DFA, DFMEA creating and review, kick off the mock samples, and finish the mockup samples and engineering design review and related documents update.Review the project cost and schedule regularly, make sure the product is developed within the budget and schedule scope.Lead the project weekly meeting for the project status and open tasks alignment for internal teams and customers, and keep the internal/customers communication smoothly, timely and clearly.Tracking the tooling build, make sure the tooling try shot and review on time, FAI reports are delivered on time.Lead the cross functional teams to manage the product each pilot build materials & fixture, SOP/SIP, PFMEA, GR&R etc preparation and review. And ensure each pilot builds are happened on time.Track the project reliability tests and certification and compliance tests.Lead the cross function team to track the open issues as well as the reliability failures, do the FA/DOE and close them on time on spec.As project owner, hold the project gate control meetings with cross functional teams, managers or/and customers.Finalize project documents and release out, Submit golden samples to customer for approval.MP kicks off and hand over the project.Follow up the product MP ramp up, ensure the product could meet the expected daily capacity and delivery on time.Sub suppliers audit and assessment.Post MP ECR/ECN management, project documents management and finish the lesson learn.
