Experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the utilities industry --Water supply, treatment and distribution systems; wastewater collection and treatment systems; and customer water and wastewater services. Teamed with State Engineer and technical specialists at AZ state office to review, evaluate, design, maintain specs and standards, and develop project cost estimates/budgets and reports, to resolve conservation issues and approve conservation plans. Reviewed and approved plans from Area Engineers, conservationists, rangeland staff, and engineering and soil technicians to implement conservation/improvement practices for rangelands, croplands/farms and dairy farms.
