CurrentA lot of hard and thorough work is required to deliver a successful outcome for customers that have a significant mould-growth issue in their property. Using a combination of thermal imaging, psychometric readings and other devices, I am able to assess moisture levels and thereby determine the principle cause of mould growth within a building. This process requires a thorough evaluation of the building and the life-style of the tenant or homeowner.Dealing with a different customer and a new set of circumstances on a daily basis, I quickly adapt my approach to suit the needs of any given scenario. Following the initial survey, customers turn their property over to me for the remainder of the day for air quality testing and sterilisation. At the conclusion of the work I provide a comprehensive written report which includes a diagnosis of the cause of mould growth and an outline of works that need to be carried out in order to reset the property. All of this requires sensitivity to personal circumstances and the ability to develop a high level of mutual understanding with the client from the outset.
