Computer hardware and software systems consulting

On a team of people that help support the Intermapper software that monitors networked IP devices. We support our existing customers, new users who are evaluating our software and serve as technical advisers for sales and marketing teams. We also assist in installations for our enterprise customers including on-site and remote support. We also provide custom programs and scripts for all the OS's we support for the probes that are used to interface with the systems we are monitoring.

System Admin for company that does commercial solar power systems. Maintain all aspects of the infrastructure of the company.

Maintain all computer systems servers and workstations. Responsible for all aspects of IT for the company.

Member of 5 person team that supports all aspects of IT for Mt. Ascutney Hospital including clinical, desktop, server and customer support. We are currently implementing a new Cerner EMR system that will make it so our clinicians will be able to better serve our customers and patients at the hospital.

Was member of 6 person team that maintained over 850 Windows servers. This is a mixture of physical and Microsoft virtual servers. Responsible for all aspects of maintenance for the servers and infrastructure that houses these servers. Also maintained our Exchange 2003 environment. Worked on the upgrade to Exchange 2007, both hardware and software that was involved. Also had the responsibility of writing server, workstation and user scripts to maintain the environment using VBScript, VB 6.0, VB.Net and Power Shell languages. Have always been interested in learning new technologies and application softwares. Using this knowledge to enhance my current working environment.

Hired as a Computer Test Lab Administrator. Mainained all aspects of setup and maintenance on 30 to 40 test servers and approximately 50 workstations. The lab was used to simulate our customer environments for testing and custom setups for our software products that they used. Also maintained our Web Server application farm used for the web based application of our server / client product we sold.Assumed IS administration role when one of our admins left the company. Was responsible for NT 4 servers, Exchange 5.5 server and all workstation related maintenance.

Maintained a QA testing lab with 50 desktops and ~20 servers for simulating customer environments that ran our inventory control software.
