Reporting to the Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing processing operations in a large meat processing plant, managing the work of 160 production employees and seven supervisors, implementing manufacturing procedures to maintain quality of products and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring food safety and health & safety regulations are respected, managing supervisors’ yearly performance reviews (pads) and conducting quarterly meetings throughout the year on progress, monitoring plant metrics and striving to find methods to improve operations, and delivering/reviewing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) results weekly with supervisors and employees.

Reporting to the Senior Production Supervisor, responsible for providing leadership, coaching and training to 40 employees; maintaining a high level of morale among employees; monitoring performance of all personnel on a regular basis; ensuring quality, efficiency and production objectives were met; completing and submitting daily production reports to the finance department; and analyzing and resolving work issues and problems.
