Collaborate across work programs to ensure information sharing and integration of related activities. - Developed Communication Strategy, enabling the Department of Veterans Affairs to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders of Veterans Relationship Management (VRM), a $722M key initiative to transform VA into a high-performing 21st century agency meeting the needs of 26 million veterans & their families. - Provided advice and counsel to the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer in articulating her vision and priorities across the DoD Information Technology Enterprise which spans more than 6,000 locations in 146 countries with an annual budget of $32 billion.
