He played a crucial role in creating the multi-year roadmap that successfully transformed and modernized AARP through the development of a clear and sustaining corporate strategy backed by a strong innovation pipeline. Known as an inspirational change agent, he headed the organization's strategic planning and strategic intelligence, strategic corporate partnerships, new product development and a state of the art (and award winning) innovation and technology lab that continually discovers new and relevant solutions for AARPs 38 million customers.
