Acted as a major technical specialist in system, network DB, and security for the core banking system project (Migration of Core Banking system from NCR to IBM mainframe system in 30 months). Closely worked with and managed the implementation team of IBM, which was the SI for the project, to deliver the project successfully. Developed the framework for the introduction of the Internet services. Designed and Built a Job Scheduler for the Core Banking system and saved HK$10M spending.
