Providing extraordinary service is my calling! I specialize in exceeding customer expectations while driving positive brand associations in client facing roles. Now, as a Process Coordinator, I continue to apply the same level of enthusiasm and exceptional service while interfacing with TimbukTech's vendors and customers.I enjoy strategic decision making, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, developing value added activities, but my favorite thing of all are internal and external communications about process and policy changes. I do my best work facing deadlines. Pressure enhances my productivity and ignites my creativity. In team settings, I tend to be the listener first (Observing), then I emerge as a people's champion style leader (Action). I have the ability to understands both; the needs of the group, and the tasks at hand. I believe that one of the biggest motivators an employee can have is knowing that they are empowered. So, I empower those around me by helping everyone realize and achieve their true potential. My natural love for communication enabled me to complete a BA in Communication from Western Illinois University, graduating with Honors. I have continued my education with Western Illinois University, studying an MBA w/focus in Marketing.
