My team focused on permanent hires for some of the leading industries who seek/require the BEST technical minds out there. Additionally, I was a Senior Intelligence Officer with the US Air Force. Prior to commissioning I was the Director of Recruiting leading a team of nationally recognized recruiters. Together we broke every recruiting record in our state and won numerous State and National awards. People are my passion! I enjoy teaching, facilitating, building a team and watching them thrive. Public speaking is second nature to me and love problem solving and critical thinking. I was one of 4 individuals who helped write and design the National sales model the Air National Guard uses for recruiting. I have also served on the Arkansas Diversity Council, and developed a highly successful diversity recruiting plan for our state. Managing and leading people is my key strength. I feel that I am able to connect and motivate just about anyone. My degree in sociology helps me be a student of people and figuring out what makes them tick.
