After three decades in the restaurant business, I have enjoyed helping people and having fun while operating multi-million dollar operations . The restaurant industry has been very good to me and I enjoyed the various companies I was employed by and the success I achieved while with them. The challenge though has always been the constant nights, weekends, and holiday's including the 70 to 80 hour work weeks always demanded due to the nature of the industry! Now I am shifting my focus to leisure, travel, vacation, and tourism.
