Work with a team of professionals and project managers to migrate and upgrade the practice while they maintain their day-to-day operations. • Perform initial site surveys documenting all technical equipment and recommend new computers, printers, network equipment, phones, and cabling locations.• Migrate old phones, networking equipment, computers, printers, exam devices and IP address schemas to new devices and circuits centrally managed at Eyecare Partners headquarters.

Managed a team of 6-8 technicians to prepare and install new computer equipment for Trinity Health’s EPIC (line of business application) migration. Work performed at Trinity Health’s downtown Hospital and all remote offices in West Michigan completed within projected time window for “go live”. Performance and processes from our group were so successful they were used as examples to help other teams around the state improve their work environment and productivity.
