Terry and his wife of over 40 years, Jeannie, have lived in Nashville for over 40 years where they raised their daughters, Jacqueline and Tara. Jacqueline is married to Derek Wolfe and they have two children, Carl and Mary Jean. Jacqueline is the owner of One Tree Tutorial and Enrichment, an alternative school for supporting home school parents. Tara is married to Kenny Stephens and have three children, Sydney, Isabelle and Kaleb. Tara is now the 2nd generation owner of DeSelms Real Estate and Kenny is an Affiliate Broker.Terry’s hobbies include designing and creating stained glass, mountain bike riding, skiing, hiking, hot rods, reading, his family and friends, and, of course, being Pee Paw (grandpa) to five wonderful grandchildren.Terry obtained his real estate license in 1989 and has since created a unique set of tools and techniques that quickly helped propel him to the top in his field. The rest, as they say, is history. The Team has grown to eight administrative assistants with five team agents to serve his clients.
