I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Specialist and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) accredited SMSF Auditor. I’m also a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants and have a Diploma of Financial Planning, and obtained a limited Australian Financial Services (AFS) licence for Sullivan Dewing.I specialise in taxation advice for individuals and businesses, including the application of Capital Gains Tax laws and advice for clients looking to establish a SMSF to buy property and build wealth for a comfortable retirement. In my role as director of Sullivan Dewing, I am responsible for maintaining corporate governance and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. I also lead the strategic direction and implement professional development for the team, to ensure they are functioning at a high standard and challenged with their individual roles. I recently retired as director of the Business Enterprise Centre Southern Sydney after 21 years and awarded life membership.
