• Lead the development, design, and construction of a $3.5 million community center• Manage the marketing, staffing, and scheduling of the River City Community Center• Develop educational, wellness, and outreach programming content and manage associated human and physical resource budgets with which those are associated• Lead a team of 36 leaders and 800 volunteers as Coordinator of the Convoy of Hope Community Event• Seek and develop corporate, foundational, and private partners to assist in the programmatic and capital development of the River City Community Center• Function as a member of the River City Church Pastoral Staff

• Lead the Access & Targeted Outreach Team, a team of admission staff members responsible for recruiting and counseling a diverse group of academically and/or artistically qualified student applicants to Carnegie Mellon University• Counsel prospective students and parents about the financial aid process and determine eligibility for financial aid resources and re-evaluate eligibility based upon University guidelines• Lead a team of admission staff members through the admission decision making process for one or more of the academic colleges within the University

• Identify, organize and supervise the undergraduate recruitment and outreach efforts in states outside of Indiana for the Purdue Office of Admissions.• Evaluate and make recommendations to Territory Managers about potential recruitment events and perspective high schools for inclusion in their efforts. • Coordinate various off-campus recruitment activities designed to result in the matriculation of students in alignment with the university's enrollment goals. • Maintain and evaluate all budgetary aspects of off-campus recruitment activities and programs.• Evaluate central Purdue recruitment programs and modify where appropriate resolving any problems associated with these activities. • Manage the partnership between the Office of Admissions, the Purdue Alumni Association, and the Purdue Alumni Recruiting for Tomorrow (PART) program.

Primary responsibilities include the: • Territory management of several states, which represent 17% of annual applicant pool• Coordination of underrepresented student recruitment activities and programs; • Evaluation of freshman applicants into Purdue's College of Engineering; • Coordination of the Emerging Urban Leaders Scholarship; • Supervision of Purdue student volunteers in an underrepresented student recruitment program; • Supervision of one full-time regional representative;• Presentation of college enrollment topics to audiences up to 1000
