Terry is a Director responsible for seeking new business opportunities across the American, Europe and Central Asian (AECA) markets for the Robert Bird Group. He is supported by Directors working in New York, London and across other European Cities. He leads projects and supports teams in a reviewing capacity in his specialist sector areas.Terry's contracting experience has contributed extensively to his success in engineering solutions for a wide range of projects. In particular, he uses his knowledge to ensure that the risks and problems faced by contractors are addressed early in design. He continues to work directly with clients on projects within the buildings groups across all sectors.Much of Terry's time is spent building and maintaining client relationships. When involved directly on projects, Terry attends key meetings providing support and guidance to the client/project team, not only in relation to the disciplines that the Robert Bird Group are employed to undertake, but also from a wider project perspective. In addition to this he maintains regular dialogue with a wide network of contacts.Terry is committed to the development of people at the Robert Bird Group. He acts as a mentor to staff at numerous levels within the company and is active in driving the performance of individuals throughout the business.
