Vaccine Specialist; Sanofi Pasteur (January 2017-present)Responsible for over $6.5M in vaccine sales annually to hospitals, health systems, FQHC’s and private practices. 29 hospitals and associated networks; 12 FQHC’s. throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.Responsible for complete sales cycle: territory analysis, targeting and strategic planning, clinical presentations, proposing and closing annual influenza vaccine purchases, pull through of hospital/system purchases into clinics, collaboration with Sanofi Key Account Manager in contracting of hospitals/health systems and group purchasing organizations such as New England Alliance for Health/New England Pharmacy Collaborative.Call points within health systems include: medical directors, pharmacy directors, buyers, billing and coding, clinicians across multiple specialties, primary care and pediatrics, nursing directors, practice managers, quality and informatics, and clinical educators.Assist customers with understanding group purchasing options, quality metric implications of vaccination in a value based reimbursement system, NCQA metrics, ACO metrics, reimbursement and coding questions, as well as invoices and credits.Achieve sales quotas and organizational efforts through teamwork and collaboration with Key Account Managers, National Account Managers, Medical Science Liaison, District Manager and home office support.Product Launch of Flublok vaccine. 175% to goal in year one.Grow Sanofi Pasteur pediatric vaccine portfolio, supplied via public health agencies through education and collaboration with pediatric nurses and physicians. 20 pediatric and family practice vaccine schedule conversions to date.Networking at conferences and State Immunization meetings with C-Suite executives and State Health Department decision makers.
