Finally, conducted leadership development and customer service training for major educational partners, to include The Ohio State University, Michigan State University, UCLA, USC, U of Miami, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a host of other university student services teams.

Managed the entire training function. Personally conducted training from lead worker to Executive curricula, using a 4/4 adult learning model. 25+ years experience in distance education and adult learning modeling. Also managed the Voluntary Flexible Agree, (VFA), the first of its kind partnership with the US Department of Education.

While initially charged with leading the on site training efforts at the Madison, Wisconsin facility I soon moved into a much larger role, coordinating the Supply Management Vendor Verification and Specification training across the globe as a part of British Oxygen's (BOC) Global Supply Management Council.
