Provide complete oversight of lease and facilities management for a network of 222 buildings across 176 cities. Direct facility maintenance functions for properties ranging in size from 4K to 180K sqft (3.5M sqft); direct all maintenance staff in daily tasks, including equipment maintenance, grounds keeping and general housekeeping functions. Oversaw the planning, design, layout and construction of 31 new or restoration construction projects in 2014/2015, ranging in budget from $90K to $3.5M. Initiated and managed a high volume of projects each year, including relocations, consolidations, decommissions and general construction projects, handling all aspects from initial concept through final completion.

Responsible for all freight and warehouse operations for 5 factories in the US, Italy, China and Slovakia. Negotiated leases, designed and built out warehouses in the US, Hong Kong and Slovakia. Implemented and managed global supply chain functions for raw material and finish goods for a $2B solar inverter install base. My team identified consolidation opportunities that led to $4M annual savings. Implemented Oracle WMS and RF technology. Project Lead for High Power solar inverter test bay that doubled factory throughput. Created Global Freight KPI’s and implemented LEAN scorecards. Successfully completed a US Customs Audit for Import / Export Compliance.

Responsible for managing 6 large distribution centers in North America for American Power Conversion. Quickly promoted to Global Warehouse Processes after a merger with Schneider Electric. My team successfully insourced the distribution centers and implemented Oracle WMS and TMS in 12 countries (Dubai, Japan, Australia, France, Philippines, Brazil…etc). We won “Most Improved” customer awards after the implementations and saved more than $19M annually. Responsible for locating new sites, negotiating leases, design and layout, construction, hiring, training and go-live. My team implemented LEAN and KPI initiatives in 17 warehouses in 16 countries that are still use today.
