Human Factors International is a long-established business psychology consultancy that specialises in talent management for multinational clients. Being responsible for establishing and leading the Middle East operation, was engaged in securing and executing a wide range of business psychology projects, both personally and through a team of Associates. Created several bespoke products to meet some very specific needs of international clients. Also worked with the recently appointed CEO in devising and delivering a process of consultancy transformation incorporating creation of an updated business model along with a more commercial, market-focused orientation encompassing the introduction of a CRM system and telemarketing activities as well as development of mutually beneficial collaborative partnerships with organisations offering complementary services.
