I focus my practice at Loeb & Loeb on helping clients resolve, litigate, mediate or arbitrate employment, and intellectual property disputes, including trade secret misappropriation, class action, collective action (PAGA) and patent matters. I am a member of Loeb & Loeb's trial practice group and have tried cases in federal and state courts across the United States. My clients are from wide range of industries, including numerous technology and IT companies, from small start-ups to established global corporations. Notable experience includes:* Settled over 60 separate arbitrations on a global basis for an IT consulting company * Defended a global real estate management company and its executive against claims of discrimination and harassment; after a six-day arbitration, the arbitrator ruled for the company and its executive on all claims* Lead trial counsel for Tata Consultancy Services ("TCS") in a Title VII, federal class action lawsuit alleging that TCS discriminated against a class of former employees based on race and national origin; after a three-week jury trial in the Northern District of California, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in TCS’ favor* Obtained summary judgment for an IT consulting company that had sued a vendor for breach of contract* Lead trial counsel for AU Optronics in a patent infringement lawsuit filed by LG Display, which resulted in a finding of non-infringement, wiping out LG's $700 million damage claim.* Lead trial counsel for Quanta Computer in a patent infringement lawsuit filed by LG Electronics, winning summary judgement at the trial level, and resulting in a successful appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court on the issue of patent exhaustion.
