About Terry Gaumer, Clu®, Chfc®, Flmi®, Cap®

Terry Gaumer serves as the Affiliate Development Director for the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position, with over 30 years of marketing and financial service experience, including extensive work in financial planning strategies. She holds four professional designations, including the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) Designation. Terry also holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.Another unique asset Terry brings is her involvement as a member of the Buchanan County Community Foundation (a CFNEIA affiliate) impact committee. Her five years on the committee, including time as the committee chair, give her knowledge of the Community Foundation and first-hand insights into working with our affiliate partners and their needs. Terry has also served as a member of CFNEIA’s advancement oversight committee.
