I have invested 41+ years in almost every aspect of residential home building, sales and marketing. After graduating from Penn State University in 1977 with a BS in Marketing, I soon moved into construction. I learned the business from the ground up from a friend who was a custom builder. I moved on to work with a large production builder and then to having my own construction management company. After learning the construction side of the business - further honed during a tenure at the local electric utility where I was immersed in building science - I began focusing on the sales and marketing aspects of the business, running the new homes division of a couple local real estate firms. In 1999 I joined The Terry Peterson Companies where I managed our out-sourced sales teams and directed the marketing for our company, working with outside creative teams. In early 2011, I joined Rose & Womble Realty's New Homes Division as a sales manager and division trainer and in 2015 I moved to the position of Manager/Residential DataBank (a research division within the company).
