The creation of new business opportunities and ensures that the company remains competitive in the market place. Direct management of warehouse/logistics, purchasing, quality and product development. Creative development of flexible packaging solutions. Innovative designs of plastic packaging using conventional and new materials. The ability to take an idea from inception to launch. It is not only the package but the entire system that needs to be evaluated to design the correct solution. Sustainability and environmental concerns are paramount. Environmental concerns from cradle to grave are a major focus at Pak-Sher. We welcome input from the various sustainable stakeholders on how we can help them achieve their sustainability goals. There are significant market drivers that decide the direction of packaging, which it is my responsibility to interpret and incorporate into our sustainable initiative and design of our product line. We have a long running school program that promotes recycling in our local community, which we are always looking for ways to expand.
