Vice President Of Sales
CurrentProducer/manager responsible for setting strategy, leading sales team and handling major accounts• Spearhead sales efforts for new construction and construction services departments• Initiate and deepen relationships with major general contractors, trade partners and owners (including businesses, hospitals and schools) by leveraging existing accounts, utilizing personal contacts and cold calling• Develop and implement compensation plans for inside and outside sales teams• Conduct regular sales training on relationship building, asking probing questions and cold calling techniques• Incorporate Salesforce as a CRM tool to be used by sales and leadership teams utilizing it for activity monitoring, account organization and revenue tracking
