During this time 1) engaged with many government, industry, academic, organizations the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), 2) accelerated progress in Quantum and AI Technologies, and 3) assessed international progress in same technologies. Technology transfer of U.S. Patent from principal contributor work performed while at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL below): proof-of-concept software product written in Java and C++ resulting in tens of thousands of lines of code. Provided research & development of reasoning and decision analysis capabilities for a decision support system. Sole source funding from a group of Government and commercial customers. Provided evidence-based reasoning from integrated multiple source data/evidence; first used in a nationwide science assessment with 55 Land Grant Universities to support policy decision making, and later by a classified program in the intelligence community.
